Kamya Martin Kilinnya Lugave Musisi was born in Katwe and raised in Lusaka zone 6, Makindye West Division.

After losing both his parents at an early age, Kilinnya was raised by his uncle who took him in and started caring for him.

He began his education at Our Lady of Consulta Infant and Nursery school in Katwe Kitoro and later joined St. Mbuga Pre-primary and Primary school and studied there from Primary one (P.1) up to Primary six (P.6).

He completed his primary level at Katwe United Primary school, where he sat for his P.7.

He was unable to complete his Primary level from St. Mbuga because when he was promoted to P.7, the school announced that all candidates of his year were supposed to be in boarding, but his uncle couldn’t afford boarding tuition, so he had to take him to another school (Katwe United P/s).

For his secondary education, he only studied O-Level at Makindye Secondary School from senior one up to Senior four.

Being born and raised in the ghetto is a strong motivation and reason as to why he works with Serve A Smile Foundation.

“Where I come from only the “firm and strong” survive, live and make their dreams come true, and I strive to be among them.

I am the change, I am the solution. If I, the change, don’t bring the change and make the change, then no change will happen. And If I, the solution, don’t bring the solution and implement the solution, then no solution will happen.
